Harrowing experience with PUlla reddy. i ordered sweets on the understanding that the delivery would be same day. But even after 4 hours i did not get any delivery update. i called the call centre no. and no one responded or picked up the call. i chased the begumpet branch . they were good enough to speak to Kompally branch and finally in the night delivery was arranged. Kompally branch insisted i should pay for the Rapido delivery and i paid the delivery amount though it was a free delivery and the order was over 5000 Rs. next day i called the call centre and asked them why the delivery was screwed and why i was charged. he did nto respond and said his manager will be calling be. as usual the manager did not call. Pathetic servicefrom such reputed brand. shame on them. i will never touch this useless brand.
